I’ve always been a dreadful speller and spent good deal of time in the learning assistance room as a child (though I’ve managed to get my name sorted out since then). Later on I realized how much I enjoyed
language, literature and writing. Turns out you needn’t be grammatically inclined in order to appreciate these sorts of things.
I was born in England, grew up in Canada and now live along with my wife Sarah in Fort Langley,
British Columbia. My favourite poets include
Francis Thompson, George Herbert, G.M. Hopkins, William Blake and Alfred, Lord Tennyson.
