I managed to get out of grade school never having learned cursive, so I’m a writer, strangely, that can’t write. I was also a dreadful speller as a child, though I’ve managed to get my name down pat since this photo was taken. I spent hours in the learning assistance class subjected to test upon test, trying to solve the problem.
It wasn’t until later that I realized how much I enjoyed literature and writing, and that you don’t have to be grammatically inclined in order to appreciate those sorts of things.
I’ve been studying and teaching the Bible – quite a wordy thing – for a while now, have written a short book, and continue to write on various themes usually inspired by scripture. Welcome – here you’ll find a mixture of poetry, homily and prose.
